We had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s in a great location with a beautiful view and private beach access. However, due to its proximity to the water, beach activities or walking aren’t possible during high waves or winter months. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the host was very responsive and accommodating. Unfortunately, the water heater failed on our last day, so we couldn’t shower before leaving. We don’t blame the host, as it was last-minute and couldn’t be resolved in time. The rules, however, were quite strict. Check-in and check-out times are rigid, with no flexibility, which could be improved. Additionally, the non-smoking policy (even outdoors) comes with a $500 fine, which was unexpected and excessive for us. Allowing outdoor vaping would be a reasonable adjustment. A chair was also broken, likely from a previous guest, but it didn’t affect our stay and again we dont blame the host. They weren’t aware. Recommended
