Aquavida is designed for the way Malibu was meant to be experienced—effortless, elemental, private, and deeply connected to its surroundings.

The interiors take their cues from the landscape. A warm, monochromatic palette of hand-finished microcement, natural stone, white oak, and organic textures creates a quiet backdrop for the ocean beyond. Brand-new, high-end furnishings bring a refined California sensibility to the home without losing the relaxed character of life along the coast.

Thoughtfully integrated technology elevates the experience without interrupting the home's understated aesthetic. A Control4 smart home system offers sophisticated home automation, while the living room features an immersive surround sound system with a dedicated subwoofer, bringing exceptional audio quality to everything from movie nights to evenings spent listening to music against the backdrop of the Pacific.

The oceanfront primary suite is its own private sanctuary, with a king-size bed, sweeping Pacific views, private balcony, blackout shades, and a large Smart TV. Its spa-inspired ensuite is wrapped in microcement and appointed with an RH travertine vanity, Smart Toilet, and private steam shower—a restorative retreat after a morning in the ocean or a long day beneath the Malibu sun.

A second king suite features its own ensuite bath with microcement walls, an RH travertine vanity, Smart Toilet, large Smart TV, and blackout shades.

Guest access

Guests will enjoy private access to the entire residence, including all three bedrooms and bathrooms, living and dining spaces, kitchen, oceanfront balcony, garage, gym, and private sauna.

Direct beach access is available from the oceanfront side of the home, allowing you to step from Aquavida directly onto the Malibu shoreline.

Please note that this stretch of coastline is considered a wet beach and is naturally influenced by the tides. The amount of exposed sand directly in front of the home will vary throughout the day and by season. At higher tides, there may be limited or no dry sand immediately in front of the property; at lower tides, the shoreline opens for walking and enjoying the beach.

This ever-changing relationship between land and sea is part of Aquavida’s unique beachfront setting and the natural rhythm of the Malibu coast.

The neighborhood

Aquavida sits along one of Malibu’s most iconic stretches of coastline, where the Santa Monica Mountains meet the Pacific Ocean and life moves to the rhythm of the sea.

Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing. Please note that during high-tide is not uncommon for the waves to reach the balconies and splash water.

A car is recommended for experiencing Malibu and the surrounding coastline at your own pace.

At the end of your stay, simply leave your Drive Awhile vehicle at the residence. Our concierge can coordinate its return as well as arrange your private airport transfer, allowing you to enjoy Malibu until the very last moment.
